The COVID-19 harmonization protocol includes variables collected by the six population-based cohorts that together comprise CanPath. The current dataset is the third release and includes 487 variables.
The harmonized dataset covers information on participants':
- Socio-demographic and economic characteristics (age, sex, income, etc.).
- Lifestyle and behaviours (alcohol use, tobacco use).
- COVID-19 symptoms and diagnosis (symptoms experienced, test results).
- COVID-19 exposure (travel, measure undertaken, etc.)
- Personal history of diseases.
- Use of prescription of medication.
- Impact of the pandemic on job status.
- Mental, emotional, and social well-being (GAD-7, PHQ-9).
- Self-reported physical measures (height, weight).
- Variables based on open-ended responses.
